If you would like to purchase a meal plan or if you would like to upgrade from the Silver base plan, click here to make the change in BannerWeb. Meal Plan upgrades and Commuter Plans. Resident Meal Plan Rates 

  •  Silver Plan - $2,025.00
    Unlimited Access to McCall Anytime Dining/Student Engagement Commons during all operating hours plus two guest passes and $100 in Tiger Bucks per semester. 
  • Gold Plan - $2,135.00
    Unlimited Access to McCall Anytime Dining/Student Engagement Commons during all operating hours plus four guest passes and $200 in Tiger Bucks per semester. 
  • Platinum Plan - $2,245.00
    Unlimited Access to McCall Anytime Dining/Student Engagement Commons during all operating hours plus six guest passes and $300 in Tiger Bucks per semester. 

Summer Session Meal Plan Rates

  • Summer I meal Plan $550
  • 3 meals a day Monday - Sunday 
  • Access Dining/Student Engagement in McCall Dining Hall during operating hours.

Once in BannerWeb, go to the "Register Online” menu and click "Optional: Upgrade your residential meal plan to gold or platinum, or purchase a commuter plan." Next, follow the instructions to purchase a commuter meal plan. Ensure you are confident about your selection because once a commuter meal plan is purchased, it cannot be changed. Yes, the Dining Hall is open to the public, weekdays and weekends.

If you have any specific diet restrictions you can contact our Registered Dietician, Jenna Bison, to ensure we have meal options available to you.

You can use one meal swipe for yourself, the other meal will have to be paid using your Tiger Bucks, or by using a guest meal pass from your meal plan.

Day passes vary from student guest pass in that they will allow non-meal plan holders unlimited access over a 24 hour period in the McCall Anytime Dining/Student Engagement Commons.

Student guest passes vary from day passes in that the cost of passes are included in the meal plan and they cannot be purchased separately. Student guest passes are a one-time swipe and entry into the McCall Anytime Dining/Student Engagement Commons, not anytime access over a 24 hour period.

You may change your plan only once each semester. Last day to make a meal plan change is the 14th class day of each Fall and Spring semester.

No, 24/7 access to McCall is only activated once you are fully registered.

If you reside in Grambling State University provided housing, you are required to have one of the resident meal plan options. University provided locations are Jewett, Hunter, Robinson, Truth, Douglass, Wheatley, Bowen, Attucks, Holland, Knott, Pinchback, Bethune, Garner, Jones, Tubman, Adams, Richmond, Steeple Glen, West Campus and Campus Evolutions.
