University sponsored events require a Purchase Order five business days prior to catering services being rendered. We recommend you contact the catering team a minimum of 10 days prior to your event to timely plan your needs and finalize details for proper Purchase Order processing. Purchase orders not approved 5 business days prior to your event, will require a credit card to confirm event details.
